Consent Form

The Members of the H2VE Consortium expressly agree that the exchange of personal data among them shall not occur on a systematic or unrestricted basis. Any such transfer shall be strictly limited to instances where it is explicitly necessary for the execution of specific project-related obligations and shall be carried out solely under duly executed written agreements, including but not limited to Joint Controller Arrangements pursuant to Article 26 of the GDPR Regulation or Data Processing Agreements pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR Regulation. All such exchanges shall be conducted in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, and data minimisation under the GDPR and the applicable national data protection legislation.
By creating an account or continuing to use the H2VE Online Training Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and you agree to the following:
A. Controller(s)
Your personal data is collected and processed under the responsibility of the H2VE Consortium, acting as Joint Controllers in accordance with Article 26 GDPR Regulation. For data protection inquiries please contact info@h2ve.eu
B. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data (such as name, email address, login details, and technical data on usage and activity in the platform) will be processed for:
o Providing you with access to and use of H2VE Online Training Platform;
o Managing your participation in H2VE activities;
o Ensuring security and technical maintenance of the platform;
o Communicating project-related information;
o Improving services through optional analytics and feedback.
Data Sharing
Your personal data may be shared only with other consortium partners, and only where necessary for the implementation of the H2VE Project. Any such data sharing will take place in full compliance with the GDPR and the H2VE Consortium Agreement.

International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), this will occur only under recognised safeguards, such as Adequacy Decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or within the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your Rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR Regulation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
Voluntary Nature of Consent
The provision of your personal data by the data subject is voluntary. However, the failure to provide certain categories of personal data, where such data are necessary for the performance of contractual obligations or for the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, may result in the data subject not being able to obtain full access to the platform or to benefit from all services provided.
